Caddy is serving this page through the Cloudflare proxy. The next layers come online as the Phase 1A install scripts run on the dev VPS.

• Postgres 16 — single-node W2; WAL-G to Cloudflare R2; Patroni HA at W3+
• ZITADEL — self-hosted IdP at idp.prime.com.mm
• Valkey — replaces Redis
• Glitchtip + Prometheus + Grafana + Loki — observability stack
